Refund Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, giving you 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in the same condition as received.

Unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:

To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the current item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
