At Cancelled Plans, we like to think of ourselves as a bunch of mad hatters with a sketchbook full of possibilities. What began as a studio working with discarded materials has grown into a playground where product, storytelling, culture, and community collide.
We work with what the world overlooks — forgotten scraps and misfit materials. Then we ask, what else could this be?
Our philosophy is simple: the original plan for these materials was to be sidelined. We cancel that plan and give them new purpose, new stories, new lives. And along the way, the idea extends far beyond objects into conversations, experiments, and moments that bring people together.
Cancelled Plans is not just a studio, but a growing community. A space where imagination won’t be boxed in, and where every imperfection has a chance to turn into wonder.
I’ve never been very good at colouring inside the lines. I trained as an architect, worked in brand design, and stayed restless, moving between disciplines, experimenting, chasing curiosity.
My journey with Cancelled Plans began at a landfill, where I saw mountains of material that still had so much to give. To most, it was waste. To me, it was possibility. That moment planted the seed for a studio that refuses the obvious ending.
Over time, Cancelled Plans grew into more than products made from reimagined materials. It became a way of thinking. A belief that creativity doesn’t need a single lane.
I see Cancelled Plans as an invitation — for people like you to join me in reimagining the world, one bold idea at a time.
