At Cancelled Plans, we take this quite literally. When the world moves on from materials with tiny imperfections, we step in. We collaborate with local factories to recover and repurpose their non-hazardous industrial waste high-quality materials discarded due to minor flaws or excess. These materials are clean, safe, and full of untapped potential. We reimagine these remnants not as leftovers, but as the starting point for thoughtful design. Through experimentation, storytelling, and unapologetic creativity, we transform waste into objects, editions, wearables, and experiences.
